Platform based onweb, in a detailed analysis of remote tutoring definition, characteristics, and teaching mode,based on the master on the basis of learning theory, theory of multiple intelligences, andfreedom of learning theory, proposed the remote tutor management platform design model.The platform is divided into several functional modules: user logs on, the teacher membercenter, student member center, education information, forums, registration and answer, theprice standard, online testing. This platform will be the basic information of the teachermembers and student members, tutor records and appointment information for standardizedmanagement, a convenient, fast and personal information management features for users, alsoprovide a variety of exchange study, such as:learning forums, education information, teaching resources.This remote tutor management platform, there are many inadequacies still improvements,such as, some of the features are not implemented, the interface is not beautiful, the user’ssecurity is not high. But I believe with the technology to continuously strengthen and in-depthunderstanding of knowledge, capabilities of the platform will become more perfect. I hopethis research can be a useful complement to traditional counseling, to provide a reference forthe network learning model.
