| Mentorship is an important part of postgraduate education,and to a certain extent determines the quality of postgraduate training.Compared with general education,the cultivation objectives and cultivation process of academic masters in vocational education have special characteristics,in which teacher-student interaction takes up most of their time,so the mentoring process has a profound impact on their development.This study explores the mentoring aspect of the academic master’s degree in vocational education and summarises the mentoring model,which can help build a harmonious teacher-student relationship and further improve the mentoring ability of the mentor and the quality of postgraduate training.This study adopts a qualitative research method,firstly,through literature analysi s,to summarise and sort out the current mentoring situation;then,taking academic ma sters and mentors of vocational education-related majors in two universities as the rese arch objects,we collect data from the bottom up through the interview method and ph ysical analysis method,and divide the interview contents into mentoring concepts,me ntoring principles and methods,mentoring contents,organisational forms and mentori ng effects,from these several dimensions In-depth interviews were conducted.Finally,the information obtained is analysed and collated,and combined with the relevant the ories,the real situation of the mentoring process is vividly presented,and the mentorin g model is further sorted out and summarised.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduce s the origin of the study,explains the theoretical and practical significance of the study,conducts a literature review and defines concepts,clarifies the content and framework of the study,determines the process and methodology of the study,presents the innov ative points of the article,and lays the foundation for the subsequent study.The second part is the theoretical foundation.Explains the interactive ritual chain theory proposed by American sociologist Randall Collins and its application in this st udy,dissecting the relevance of the theory.The third part starts from the macrocosm of mentoring as a whole,places student s in the mentoring session,develops from the dynamic situation of teacher-student inte raction,divides the mentoring model into four parts: structural system,social system,principles of teacher’s role and support system,combines the relevant theories of the i nteractive ritual chain,and analyses the process of teacher-student interaction in depth from the internal system of the mentoring model,external conditions and other factor s,demonstrating the mentoring session and the teaching-student relationship,and expl oring effective mentoring approaches for guiding postgraduate students’ high-quality d evelopment.In the fourth part,the research conclusions,recommendations and reflections are presented.Through the compilation and analysis of the research data,the practice patt erns of the mentoring and guidance model are summarised,and recommendations are made based on the research results,and finally the research process is reflected and su mmarised,hoping to provide reference and reference for subsequent research. |
