| At present, we use computer tools, sports specialized software and technology statistics inorder to analyze the game video in sports and its widespread use. Through the course ofaction-based measurement theory to combine the characteristics of the synchronized divingproject with advanced SIMI°Scout, Techniques and behavioral analysis system, we hope tobuild the video analysis system for the simultaneous evaluation of the characteristics fordouble dives, qualitative evaluation of double action synchronization. With the advanced Dartfish kinematic, compared with the technical action sports video analysis system to analyze theroot causes synchronization. Qualitative and quantitative evaluation, training anddevelopment of China’s synchronized diving action are of great significance to enhance ourlevel of diving.There are11referees in the Synchronized diving competition. The score ofsynchronization and skill quality in the final score value rate is3:2, and the contribution ofsynchronization will greatly affect the final results of the double dive. Currently, foreigncountries attach more importance to diving and their players’ technology level has beenimproved and they also breakthrough the difficulty of movement. So their level of training isalmost flat with the level of our athletes, and this will bring a great impact on China’ssynchronized diving projects. In order to continue to maintain the leading edge, it isimperative to ensure that the difficulty of double action keeps high level. More importantly,we should improve the synchronization‘s level. How to assess and diagnose thesynchronization of the synchronized diving will inevitably become a difficulty problem forChina’s diving.In this study, measurement theory with the action process, the use of annotation andanalysis methods, with the SIMI°Scout, Techniques and Tactics and behavioral analysissystem combined with the synchronized diving characteristics of the project, combined withthe synchronized diving score needs to use the expert questionnaire divided into detailedaction process evaluation of the synchronized diving, based on indicators build SIMI°Scoutsynchronized diving synchronization of video statistical evaluation system, starting from theathletes point of view, the use of Dart fish sports video analysis system technical comparative analysis of the action of the difficulties in the synchronized diving athletes’ Competitionseveral times at home and abroad, through the competition video synchronization of paireddouble vertical diagnostic analysis, explore the action of the synchronized diving pairsynchronization of the reason, to help enhance the synchronicity quality of the domesticdouble dive, preparing for major competitions physical technical services for the Chinesediving team, in order to prepare for the2012London Olympics to provide technologicalsupport.Conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) combined with synchronized diving characteristics of the project and synchronizeddiving synchrony judgment rule, we determine the action links and main influence factors ofthe double dive synchrony score. Through SIMI°Scout software system, a double divesynchronization label statistical model will be built, and introduce the video marked theintroduction of statistical concepts and methods to synchronized diving project, breaking thetraditional evaluation methods. For the first time, to use technology projects in the course todiagnosis, it enriches the traditional evaluation-evaluating theory and approach.(2) Using the Dart fish sports video analysis system analyzes the difficulty of actionsynchronization, which is poor in the synchronized diving action. This makes up theinsufficient of statistical analysis. It also provides a theoretical draw for other assessment.(3) established in China for the first time, evaluation, classification of the synchronizeddiving competition videos, and important analog game video library for the athletes tounderstand the development of action synchronization, problems to access, analyze, judgethought to provide a basis for the reference of other items.(4) marked statistical analysis and comparative analysis of China’s synchronized diving20102012game video of all domestic and foreign competition, the following conclusions;synchronization problem for China’s Men’s Synchronised3m Springboard project is mainlyreflected in:two athletes running board, jump height, the relative distance from the platesynchronization is a major factor to affect the synchronization of two people, the key is thepace of two people walking board, the board ability, the position of the take-off point there isa differenceare affected, leading to follow-up action synchronization; China’s women’s3mspringboard synchronized issues reflected in the less time synchronization: two people walking board, board-walk rhythm and stride two people take off time,the two styles affectthe synchronization score; synchronization problem of the Women’s Synchronised10mPlatform project is mainly reflected in: the synchronization of the synchronized diving projectis mainly reflected in: two people kicking in when the hip, knee, ankle angle, kickingTaiwansynchronization does not affect the take-off height and remote synchronization of theroot causes of influencing action; China’s men’s Synchronised10m Platform projectsynchronization: synchronization of two players jump, when tread Taiwan, hip, knee, ankleangleimpact of the jump height, the synchronization of the Distance from Taiwan as well asfollow-up action.Recommendations on:(1) Observing the data of video model of competition of games repeatedly, we could findpart of sync problem which are very important to understand synchronization of the athletesthemselves.
