Economic element is the important one leading to the imparity of education opportunities. So, supporting fund for poor students becomes the essential method which can enhance the equal of education opportunities. The country’s fund policy for students made active contribution to the course of high education’s justice, peace and so on. But high education is not compulsory thing. Solving difficulty can not be fully dependent on the country; we must help students to form the sense of solving difficulty only by themselves and the abilities. Doing temporary work to help study can not only promote the independent abilities of poor students’helping themselves, make the change that poor students can help themselves from outside to inside come true step by step, but also teach students’independent sense, practice abilities and promote comprehensive quality.The research concerning helping study by doing temporary work in high education school mostly is limited in considering things from policy and rule, paying more attention to fund, ignoring students’helping themselves, and the research mainly talks about the act on the theory surface, while the real one on the true conditions is not more. There are many questions needing badly deep research and practice, such as:how to set up and form normal management mechanism in the aspect of working to help study; how to protect the work of helping study by doing part-time work from going with no effect in the range of whole society; how to enhance the construction work of working to help study with rule and law; how to enhance the contact of "work" and "study" and so on.The article firstly talks the important real effects of high education school in the working to help study. The effects are:helpful to strengthen politics work in nowadays; helpful to make students on campus form the moral characters just like:work hard and lead a simple life, save and do not waste money and tough character; helpful to develop the creative persons; helpful to socialize the students on campus, and so on. Based on understand the content of concept of the work to help study fully, it looks back our country’s work to help study from three directions:the "work hard to search study","work hard to set up school" concept’s form in feudal society, nearly modern society the thought of putting "education" with "produce work" together fully was brought up, after the establishment of new China, the work to help study with the intersect of education and produce work line experienced mainly three stages. The three stages are:from the beginning of the establishment of country to the end of20C70s, the stage with the main content that is "free work, gain mental feedback"; from the beginning of20C80s to the beginning of90s, the stage with "help the poor" mainly and the stage with "the social practice with the intersection of helping the poor and becoming talent", from1992up to now. On the basis of much literature, check the work’s true conditions of poor students working to help study in high education school from many aspects, like:the ways by which students get the work; the kinds of working to help study; work time; income; where to spend the income; the difficulties students meet; work and study; how to consider the working to help study. Then we find nowadays many problems existing in the work to help study of poor students on campus. The problems are:the work to help study in high education school is lack of effective management mechanism, the students working to help study have psychology problems day and day, the positions limits of working to help study on campus, its education function needs promotion step by step, its safety problems, infringed again and again and it’s hard to protect their rights in the course of working to help study and so on.Consequently, the article analyzes the reason why those problems exist from society, high education school and students themselves and many other directions. It shows many effective ways of doing work to help study for students on campus to go on the working to help study way straightly. They are:set up and fulfill a full set of work management mechanism in working to help study; pay more attention to, and solve the psychology problems of students working to help study actively; develop intelligent, management types of working to help study heavily, then widen the work’s channels; fill the working to help study with politics and fully release its education function; actively do the education well about its safety problem of students on campus; set up and norm the protect mechanism.
