A Study On The Path Of Improving The Acquirement Of Students In Ideological And Political Work In Colleges And Universities In Ningxia

This paper systematically studied the path of improving the sense of acquisition of students in ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.The sense of students' acquisition is the touchstone for measuring the gains and losses of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,also an important indicator for valuating the effectiveness of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Whether college students are satisfied with the ideological and political work of colleges and universities,the sense of acquisition,happiness and security are the fundamental criterions for testing the gains and losses of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Enhancing students' sense of acquisition is an inevitable requirement for the reform and innovation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era.The article is divided into five chapters.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the text has other three chapters.The main point of each chapter is now described as follows.The introduction outlines the promotion of students' sense of acquisition.It is a powerful measure to implement the spirit of the national ideological and political work conferences.It is the main direction of reform and innovation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.On the basis of summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign acquisition(students' acquisition),the research methods,key difficulties and innovations of this paper are clarified.In order to provides academic support for the in-depth study of students' feelings,the first chapter includes three issues: connotation,condition and structure.The sense of students' acquisition refers to the subjective psychological experience and emotional reaction that students received after the ideological and political work.It has four characteristics: initiative,authenticity,continuity and forwardness.The political condition for enhancing students' sense of acquisition is that the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the ideological and political work of colleges and universities.The theoretical condition is the further extension of the development ideology centered on the people.The practical condition is that students still have room for improvement in their understanding and perception of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In order to achieve that,it is necessary to regard students as the main body,to view the material and spiritual sense of content as the content,to let the students feel theway as the method,to implement the rule of law construction as the guarantee,and to build the academic sense of improving students' sense of acquisition.The second chapter is the collation and analysis of the survey results of the students' ideological and political work in Ningxia's Universities.The topic of study is the students' sense of acquisition,and conducts a random sample survey based on the “full education,the whole process of education,all-round education” as the main investigation content.According to the actual situation,the questionnaire survey and case interview are used respectively.The survey results show that the overall situation of students in ideological and political work in Ningxia's Universities is good,but there still has room to improve.The main problems are the students' status not prominent,the students' sense of insufficiency not sufficient,the students' perception not quick,law-based school authority of the colleges and universities which affects the students' ideological and political work in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.The third chapter contains the path to improve the students' sense of obtaining ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China and taking students as the center while promoting reform through service is the principle of improving the sense of acquisition of students in ideological and political work in colleges and universities.It is necessary to construct a new pattern of the all-round collaborative education,with the "Ten Education" system as the starting point,combining with Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region physical truth,in the practice of identifying role orientation,innovative education mode,doing accurate ideological and political construction,and building a rule of law campus.We will do a good job in the reform and innovation of the ideological and political work of colleges and universities in Ningxia,and comprehensively enhance the sense of acquisition of students in ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.According to the above discussion,the conclusion chapter stands at the height of realizing the great Chinese revival of the Chinese nation,and once again clarifies that the ideological and political work of colleges and universities is the lifeline of socialist higher education,emphasizing that improving students' sense of acquisition is the top priority of the reform and innovation of the ideological and political work of colleges and universities in Ningxia.The research on students' acquisition has once again returned to the theme of the Chinese Communist Party's people-centered development thought.It pointed out thatthe study of student acquisition is one of the important research topics in the ideological and political work of colleges and universities in the new era.
