College Student Cadres Training

The college student cadres including part-time student cadres of The Communist Youth League and The Communist Youth Party, cadres of student union, cadre of student association, is the organizer, coordinator and executer of college education, management, service, etc., also is a great power to make college to reform, develop and keep stable. The quality of College student cadres directly reflects the quality of talents trained in Colleges and universities.Nowadays, College education reform is deepening,while factors affecting social volues is increasing. Then university students is a dynamic group, and the student cadres,as college student activist,show more passion to new things. However, due to the limitation of age and social experience, the college student cadres are very difficult to accept the new ideas and new things with a correct and critical attitude, then distort their philosophy and values.At present, it is a new stage for our quality training of college student cadres. And we make some progress on ideological education, system management and personnel selection. However, there is still more space on the practical ways of college student cadres’ quality training, analysis and methods of the issues we encountered during the training.This article will focus on the analysis of the issues we encountered during the college student cadres’quality training, and find the cause, then finally promote some effective methods to solve the problems. This paper is divided into three parts:Firstly, state the connotation and significance of college student cadres’trainning by the introduction of college student cadres, quality of college students cadres and the training methods.Secondly, Analyze the current situation of college student cadres’quality training.On the basis of the achievements on college student cadres’ quality training and the problems we encountered, analyze the reasons of the problems.Thirdly, make more efforts on strengthening the college student cadres’ quality training. We need to strengthening the training of college student cadres and build a excellent team of college student codres by enhancing Work mechanism construction, improving methods, creating learning teaching team of college cadres’quality training.
