Research On University Ideological And Political Education Of Student Employability Cultivation

It is of vital importance to enhance and improve the ideological and political education of university students, to engage in the employment issues that they are confronted and to cultivate their employment qualities. The ideological and political education can be made through a series of steps, including integrating the ideological and political education into the cultivation of employment qualities, in which the weakness that the traditional ideological and political education cannot keep pace with the reality can be avoided and the needs of university students can be exactly met. Based on the present situation of graduates’employment, this essay aims to deeply and systematically analyze the countermeasures in the college ideological and political education by means of referring to those already existing research results, analyzing the problems appeared in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities as well as their causes. This essay embraces the following three parts.Part one:The contents and significance of the ideological and political education in university students’employment quality cultivation. This part provides a logical starting point for this essay. Based on those already beingresearches, this part elaborates definitions of quality, university graduates’employment quality cultivation as well as ideological and political education in employment quality training respectively and generalizes exploratively about the contents and characteristics. Thus the meaning of the ideological and political education in undergraduate employment quality nurturance is specified and the basis for the current situation analysis and seeking for countermeasures in the next part is provided.Part two:The present situation analysis of the ideological and political education in university students’employment quality cultivation. This part lays an argument foundation for the whole essay. Grounded on the previous one, this part summarizes the achievements of the ideological and political education in university students’employment quality cultivation which play a positive role in the thoughts and actions of graduates when they are hunting for a job. However, the practice to integrate the ideological and political education in the employment quality cultivation is still in its primary stage and problems, such as emphasis on employment skills while ignoring ideological guidance, the lag of education contents, the narrow choices of educational carriers, the unsatisfying results of education and the insufficient coherence of education are still existed. Therefore, profound and systematic analysis of these above-mentioned problems will be made and the causes of these problems will be worked out either later.Part three:Countermeasures for the ideological and political education in university students’ employment quality cultivation. To begin with, the ideological and political education concept, which includes the concept of all-round development of human beings, the concept of people orientation and the viewpoint of practice, shall be set up to improve and update the education contents and carriers of the ideological and political education in university students’employment quality cultivation. Then, the "all-three" mode of the ideological and political education in university students’employment quality nurturance will be further explored through the promotion of the teaching staff in the ideological and political education.
