The Research On The Physical Quality Current Situation And Technical Application Of Youth Women’s Volleyball Team In Hebei Province

Physical quality and the basic technology are the important factor in impacting Volleyballlevel. According to the characteristics of modern volleyball and technical and tacticaldevelopment needs, volleyball athletes need to adapt to the fierce intensity of competition anda higher demand on the physical quality, good physical quality is to improve athleticperformance. Volleyball technology is the basis of all tactics, with comprehensive, solid basicskills, be able to be applied flexibly, to obtain the best results in the game. So for adolescentswomen’s volleyball athlete, physical quality, and basic technical training will focus on.Therefore, the research is very necessary.In this study, for the nine women’s volleyball team participated in the2011Hebei YouthVolleyball Championship women’s volleyball athletes, status of data from physical quality andtechnical aspects of physical quality and basic technology and competition results, thecorrelation analysis reached the following conclusions:1. physical quality side,30m run of low achievers; the Qinhuangdao team of V-moving moreoutstanding results. Shijiazhuang team far better than the other team; Zhangjiakou andBaoding team’s poor quality, but the Handan team and Qinhuangdao team better.2. In the use of technology, Shijiazhuang team all use far better than other teams, theZhangjiakou team blocking and defense level higher; Zhangjiakou and Handan team attack ispoor stability; better serve stability in Tangshan, Baoding and Qinhuangdao team.3. Physique and Performance, competition results and the run-up touch high was highlyrelevant, and V-moving, with30meters to run does not have; more special characteristics ofthe physical quality items and game results the greater.4. Related aspects of technology use and competition results, the pass, the attack, the serveand the block consistent with the competition results.5. Hebei Youth women’s volleyball team selection is not scientific, technical and physicaltraining methods single, anxious; psychological quality training less; around the cityvolleyball mass base is weak, and reserve personnel training to face difficulties.
