Research On The Relationship Between The Special Physical Quality And The Application Effect Of Technology Of Men’s Volleyball In High Schools Of Hebei Province

This paper takes the relationship between the special physical quality and the applicationof technology of men’s volleyball in high schools of Hebei Province as the research object.The pattern of the volleyball development’s training at grass-roots level in China right now isunder the gradual transition from a specialized sports technology school to a school withnormal sports and traditional events, which aims to apply more rational teaching and trainingmethods, so as to train more outstanding reserve talents of sports, as well as expanding thepopulation of volleyball. Under the environment of the current policies, how to improve thephysical quality of men’s volleyball in high schools, including combining with the issuesappear in the training and games such as the technical and tactical application, this papercarries out a specific research through the scientific research approach.This paper carries out a detailed and scientific analysis with the special physical qualityand each individual event technical link, and it takes the specific data statistic of high schoolmen’s volleyball game in the middle school students games of Hebei Province in2010withthe approach of combining the both to come to the following conclusion:Firstly, there are obvious differences among the municipal teams of various regionsthrough the three tests (approach run and touch basket board,30meters, V-shape movement)of the special physical quality of men’s volleyball in high schools of Hebei Province. In thetop six, the test result of the special physical quality of Shijiazhuang No.15High Schoolshows that both of the three individual events and the scores are ranked first with a greatadvantage; Qinhuangdao No.5High School and the second middle school of Huabei Oilfieldhave better special physical quality, which is higher than the game ranking of the previousteam; the comprehensive special physical quality of Baoding Quyang No.1High School isranked sixth, which is lower than the second middle school of Huabei Oilfield which isranked sixth in the game. However, the scores of V-shape movement show that the secondmiddle school of Huabei Oilfield has a strong ability; and in the test results of the approachrun and touch basket board, the top six teams are above the average level; and ShijiazhuangNo.15Middle School, Qinhuangdao No.5Middle School and the second middle school ofHuabei Oilfield as well as Tangshan No.8Middle School are above the average level in the speed test of30-meter running. Thus the final result does not entirely come from theadvantages and disadvantages of the special physical quality.Secondly, the overall situation of each technology’s application effect of high schoolmen’s volleyball in the game of Hebie Province in2010shows that Shijiazhuang No.15Middle School has a strong ability and high stability of jump-serving and jump floater in theapplication of serve technology, and its serve Volleyball broken power and scoring rate arethe best, while the overhead serve’s popularity and success rate in the teams with lowerrankings are higher, but the attack effect is inconspicuous; in the application of the first passtechnology, the Shijiazhuang No.15Middle School is the most stable with the highestavailability rate and half availability rate,while the teams with lower rankings have no attackrate and failure rate, which shows an increasing trend; Shijiazhuang No.15Middle School andTangshan No.8Middle School have stronger ability of block with a effective block ratio ofabove40%, and the application ratio of block and failure block and air-jump technology isless than25%, and the latter three teams are poorer, their touch the ball ratio of block is onlyabout30%; with regard to the application of attack technology, the Shijiazhuang No.15Middle School has obvious advantages with the highest frontcourt rate, and the statisticalresult is51.3%, the attack turnover ratio of the top five teams in the game maintains within11.0%, while the attack turnover ratio of the latter four teams are above16%, which shows agreat difference between the top five and the latter four; and in the defense link, the defensivehalf-availability ratio, the difference between the adjacent teams is1.2%,1.1%,0.3%,2.7%,2.3%,2.4%,4.7%and0.2%，the latter five has a large difference with the top four, whichforms a defensive ability comparison of two layers.Thirdly, the relativity of the special quality and the scores of sport games of men’svolleyball in high schools of Hebei Province shows that the ultimate game performance isclosely related to the relativity ranking of the special physical quality, and the ranking fromhigh to low is approach run and touch basket board, V-shape movement,30-meter running. Itcan be seen that the special physical quality of the approach run and touch basket board hasthe highest relativity with the game scores in the game technical application of high schoolmen’s volleyball. Fourthly, the relevant situation of each technology’s application effect and the scores ofsport games of men’s volleyball in high schools of Hebei Province shows that the highlyrelevant statistical result is the serve scoring rate and Volleyball broken power, theavailability rate of first pass, spiking frontcourt rate, defensive availability rate, and thestatistical rankings of each event are highly consistent with the final results of the game.Fifthly, this paper puts forward some proposals for the development of men’s volleyballin high schools of Hebei Province in the future. The reserve personnel training requires animprovement of the selecting and training system. Schools should actively implement thecountry’s specific policies which are given to the quality education, so as to improve thecomprehensive qualities of students and allow more students to actively participate involleyball. The special physical quality training calls for a more closer combination withtechnical application; and the technical training should focus on the solution of the unfixedbasic movements and other issues, so as to enhance the application effect of extemporaneoustechnology, and the coaches should provide more reasonable training plans in the training;and the team members should also establish good values in order to increase the cohesion ofthe team, as well as enhancing the teamwork.
