Since industrial society, because the human depends on routine energy leading to excessive carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions, which triggered the greenhouse effect causing global warming. In terms of daily life such as basic necessities, or in the repeates utilization, etc., the residents of the district show the principles of reasonable consumption and reuse which is moderate to the requirements of low-carbon life.
