This paper based on a low-carbon economy, low carbon and low carbon urban campus research has combed and analysis to the theoretical system of low-carbon campus construction is based on the concept of low-carbon campus, features and construction principles are discussed, drawing domestic and foreign achievements and experience of low-carbon campus construction, the use of theoretical analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, case studies, surveys and field research methods, low carbon campus of Hunan Agricultural University as a case study, from the level of energy consumption and management, teachers and low carbon concept with multiple angles and campus behavior of the carbon cycle carbon campus analyzed and studied.(1) The average temperature of the hardware environment construction method and software environment construction in Hunan Agricultural University, carried out analysis and research through field research and interviews as well as power consumption and months.The results show that:the total energy resource consumption Great Hunan Agricultural University, and the high cost of electricity which accounts for the proportion of energy expenses up to 69%, and in electricity consumption from 2011 to 2014 in a gradual upward trend.Energy management of buildings typical:a type of energy-based functional building with a library as the main representative of its energy management level correlation coefficient R~2 is 0.4648 (2013),0.0419 (2014), indicating that it can low consumption level of management; two basic types of energy-based building be eleven laboratory building is a typical representative of its energy management level correlation coefficient R~2 refrigeration 0.8821 (2013),0.7410 (2014), heating coefficient R~2 is 0.3965 (2013),0.6577 (2014). Hunan Agricultural University, functionality and energy-related behavior of individual consciousness far beyond basic air-conditioning system energy consumption and energy management at a lower level:In 2013 features more than 75 percent of energy consumption in 2014 exceeded 80 percent of its energy management level refrigeration correlation coefficient R~2 is 0.7117 (2013),0.4075 (2014), heating coefficient R~2 is 0.7808 (2013), 0.2394 (2014), is in sharp decline.(2) Questionnaire survey and interviews had been used to analyzed and studied about teachers and students of low carbon concept and behavior. The results show that:Hunan Agricultural University teachers and low-carbon awareness and awareness is generally not high; low-carbon way to obtain knowledge of a single, low-carbon good attitude; low participation of teachers and students of low-carbon, low-carbon behavior change difficult.(3) Using a simple model was constructed, carbon cycle models, carbon sinks were analyzed and studied binding analysis formula that mode, the results show:main carbon source:human exhaled carbon (4145 tons/year), soil respiration carbon (1040.56 tons/ year), plants breathe carbon (1.1232 t/year) is the sum of carbon 5186.683 tons/year. Hunan Agricultural University's main carbon sinks are:Plants absorb carbon (316.36 t/ year). Net source of carbon (carbon sink cutout) Hunan Agricultural University is:4870.323 tons/year. The carbon produced in the human respiratory carbon is the main source of carbon,79.92 percent of the total carbon source; soil respiration 20.06 percent of the total carbon, carbon sinks plants are 6.10 percent of the total carbon source.(4) by multi-angle analysis and study presented the current problems of the construction of low-carbon campus carbon campus. And on this basis, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions:Using the advantages from universities, strengthen research and development of energy saving technology promotion and application; optimizing resource allocation, enhance the efficiency of resource use; promote low-carbon culture, teachers and students change behavior; and improve green quality, increase carbon sequestration and environmental cleanup ability.
