Jilin Province Survey Of Youth Basketball Athletes Selecting Index System And Countermeasures Research

This paper uses empirical research and theoretical research on the method of combining, theyoung basketball players in Jilin province the selection index system of investigation analysis andcountermeasure research. First of all, this article through the method of mathematical statistics to theJilin Province youth basketball players and basketball match performance index of correlation test,reach Jilin province in some of the indicators of evaluation and achievements are positivelycorrelated, that is to say some indexes of evaluation is conducive to the development of Jilin’sbasketball sport. Secondly, this article through the Delphi method and the experts and scholarsquestionnaire method, further analysis on the selection index of young basketball players in Jilinprovince and some existing problems. Once again，through the empirical test and theoretical analysisof present Jilin province teenagers basketball selection index also exist some problems, such as toomuch emphasis on the morphology and function of index, index assessment content is relativelyweak, selection index system of single, lack of innovation, while ignoring the objective conditions ofthe restrictions and other practical problems. Finally, this paper presents the young basketball playersin Jilin province selection indicators improved some policy proposals, such as to further perfect thelegal mechanism of sports talent selection, to strengthen the sports training, competition systemreform, promote all-round development of athletes, sports promote the optimal allocation ofresources.
