So far,China's professional basketball games development has achieved splendid accomplishment which attracts worldwide attention,which has injected a new vitality into the world professional basketball games development.However,China's professional basketball games is still in the early stage.Although the concept of professional basketball games has been accepted by the common people,in fact,it is far from the comprehensive and real professional.One important constrain is that the basketball referee has not been professionalized.A substantial amount of research has been found that as the accompaniment and component to the basketball games, basketball referee is closely related to the development and progress.The reason why NBA is so prosperous is not only because its basketball players have the exquisite skills and tactics,but also because the NBA referees are the assurance of its high level development.In a high level of basketball competition,if there is no high-level referee to standardize the game,it will lose its original esthetics.Chinese Basketball Association league invited two high-level European referees to enforce the law in the 2005 CBA Finals,and organized Chinese referees to the spots and communicated with the foreigners,from which the Chinese referee learned a lot, but also exposed a lot of problems.It should not be ignored the organizations of referees in order to improve the level of professional league.It is also necessary to ensure the advancement of basketball skills and the level of referee operations for the referee professionalism.The two factors complement each other and promote each other.Generally speaking,the key factor to determine the level of law enforcement is referee's professional quality.So no matter for near or long-term points,the operational requirements of referees must keep clinging.For the moment,CBA players have tremendous development in the skills and tactics,the referees have not kept pace however,so it is imperative to level up the performance of referees.To develop comprehensive high-quality basketball referees is not only conducive to China's Basketball League,but also ensure the transition to the professional league.Integrated cultivation of high-quality basketball referees should start from the selection of primary and intermediate ones.We should select the talent and suitable referees when they are young and cultivated them systematically and purposefully,making them executable excellently.This article summarizes the current development of basketball games as well as the development of basketball referees in China and analyzes the relationship between them.It stresses on the trend of professional basketball referees and analyzes the feasibility of the primary and intermediate referees'selection in college and university. Studied on the indicator of primary and intermediate basketball referee selection in China and through expert interviews,literature and data analysis,we determine a new selection indicator.Through the further research,we identify the index of the selection indicator and carry out their weighting analysis,which is aimed to provide a theoretical basis to cultivate the primary and intermediate basketball referees as well as improve the overall level of basketball referees,and to offer a higher platform for the development of basketball in China.
