Three-player basketball,as the official event of the Olympics,Asian Games and other large-scale sports events,has been developing in full swing in my country in recent years.Especially under the vigorous implementation of the Chinese Basketball Association and related sports organizations,all colleges and universities across the country have begun to attach importance to the three-player system.With the popularity and development of basketball,college students are also actively participating in the project.However,combined with their own sports participation experience and field surveys,it is found that there are many hidden worries in the development of three-player basketball in Hebei colleges and universities,which has led to the failure of the majority of teachers and students to participate in three-player basketball.The driving role of colleges and universities in the development of three-player basketball in Hebei Province has not been fully reflected.These problems have affected the overall long-term sustainable development of three-player basketball in Hebei Province.Based on this,the research takes a realistic review and path selection of the development of three-player basketball in colleges and universities in Hebei Province as the research object,and Yanshan University,Hebei Normal University,Hebei University of Science and Technology,Shijiazhuang University,Tangshan Normal University,Qinhuangdao Vocational and Technical College and other schools as the survey objects,Comprehensively use methods such as literature data method,field survey method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics,draw on the system theory perspective,and follow the "actual situation—problem crux—influencing factors—path suggestion" on the basis of existing research.The research ideas are carried out in order to clarify the actual situation,crux of problems and influencing factors in the development of three-player basketball in Hebei colleges and universities,so as to provide relevant path suggestions for the development of three-player basketball in Hebei colleges and universities,and promote the long-term three-player basketball in Hebei colleges and universities.Sustainable development.The research believes that:(1)From the perspective of the main body of students,three-person basketball is a sport with a high degree of participation by college students in Hebei Province,but some students have problems such as low awareness of three-person basketball and a single way of participation;From the perspective of the main body of teachers,teachers have a good understanding of three-person basketball,but some teachers have problems such as insufficient capacity reserves and low participation enthusiasm;from the school level,there are sufficient basketball courts in colleges and universities in Hebei Province,but some schools There are problems such as lack of three-player basketball related systems,insufficient funding guarantees,insufficient publicity,and lack of team formation.(2)Political system factors,funding guarantee factors,school management factors,competition in other sports and other factors are the main factors influencing the development of three-person basketball in colleges and universities in Hebei Province.(3)In view of the above problems and influencing factors,it is proposed to make a good policy plan to clarify the direction and positioning of the development of three-player basketball in Hebei colleges and universities;broaden the sources of funds and improve the teaching skills of three-player basketball in Hebei colleges and universities;improve the management level,Create a sports participation atmosphere for three-player basketball in colleges and universities in Hebei Province;coordinate project development and improve the curriculum construction of three-player basketball in colleges and universities in Hebei Province to promote the development of three-player basketball in colleges and universities in Hebei Province.
