University Teachers' Post Responsibility Research Based On Job Analysis

Along with the progress of the society and the high speed development of economy, China’s higher education enterprise also to bring new topic, colleges and universities should adapt to the social and economic progress and development, will certainly to have a group of well-trained teachers.Teachers, whether the role of their positions to play the greatest benefit to university management departments need to make rational faculty of human resources management.Work in human resources theory of job responsibilities is to regulate teachers effective methods.This paper uses the method of job analysis to make the full range of accurate positioning of all the teachers in terms of quality and quantity, so that teachers in the process of evidence-based work, clarify their job responsibilities. Based on the investigation process by means of literature review and interviews, the article is divided into the following part detailed analyses:First. Introduction. This chapter is based on the comprehensive order of the domestic and foreign literature, the main topics of this study illustrated the background, theory and practical significance, and puts forward the necessities of study the university teachers’ responsibilities.Second.Literature review.This section highlights the theory of the work analysis, job responsibilities and functions of the university concept, content and the domestic and foreign relevant research.In addition, the study also includes the theoretical basis and the important concepts which are related to the definition.
