But,with the high-speed development of China’s economic and social, to cultivate their sense of social responsibilities, the environment also changing greatly, the group there was a lot of the phenomenon of lack of social responsibility, reflecting the shortcomings in cultivating college students ’social responsibility in our country.Social responsibility sense is indispensable for college students’ basic quality, the strength of the college students’ social responsibility directly affects the development of the cause of socialism in our country, how to control the phenomenon of college students’ lack of social responsibility in dire need of solution. Therefore, in this paper, the "college students’ lack of social responsibility issues" system research, with the method of questionnaire research, the results of the survey data collecting and sorting, statistical calculation, analyses the university student society sense of responsibility and the cause of the college students’ lack of social responsibility, from college students themselves, families, schools and the social four aspects to cultivate their sense of social responsibilities, the concrete Suggestions are put forward. On the one hand, this study is helpful to enrich the ideological and political education in colleges and universities teaching theory, improve the education system in the colleges and universities. Colleges and universities, on the other hand,this study will help to control behavior of college students’ lack of social responsibility and governance, to enrich the content of college students practice the socialist core values, to promote and promote the construction of moral education in colleges and universities in our country.
