Dalian Branch School "campus Football" To Carry Out The Investigation And Analysis Of The Status Quo

The State Sports General Administration and Ministry of Education jointly publicized“the notice on the activities of the National Youth Football campus develops” on June10,2009, which witnessed the historical collaboration and they set up the leading group.Its main purpose is to enhance the student body and fosters their progressive efforts,based on the idea of unity and cooperation for carrying out the campus through a widerange of football activities; establish and improve the four levels football game of theelementary, middle, high school and college. To popularize the football knowledge andskills to the students and form a campus football culture, to cultivate the all-rounddevelopment, long prominent soccer reservation. The launch of the “Campus FootballMovement” takes the profound effects on the development of youth football.Campus football practice takes an important starting point on quality education, andenables the students to be creative, and achieve the physical fitness. Chinese footballcan also select excellent reservation force. As the football city, Dalian has a profoundfootball culture. Therefore, how to better develop the campus football in Dalian is ameaningful and urgent research project.Campus football compromises four stages of elementary, middle, high school andcollege. This paper selects one of the most basic and important stage, primary stage tobe the object of investigation and research. The main task is to study the “CampusFootball” campaign network in Dalian, and the status of implementation in primaryschools. The research in this paper adopts the methods of reference, questionnaire, andinterview. Totally500students and38physical teachers are selected from10primarynetwork schools to be questioned on the implementation and existing problems.The study found that the primary schools in Dalian network "campus football" in theimplementation process achieved fruitfully results, which showed by the obviousfootball class opening, the deep interests of the students, strong support from the parents,the systematically scientific contest and the annual increasing fund investment. While,there still exist several problems like lacking of football lessons, non-systematicalafter-school training, low level of the coaches, lacking of policy support, and universal status of funds shortage. The paper gives out several recommendations: increasingfootball course hours, coaches training courses, taking advantage of Dalian footballresources, increasing the fund to strengthen the popularity and publicity of “campusfootball” culture. The conclusion through the rigorous investigation and the scientificanalysis would promote the development of the “campus football” in Dalian.
