| On 16th of March in 2015,China government published the overall program of reform and development of Chinese football,there are 17 regulations about campus football.It indicates that it is very important to develop young people’s football industry.There are 27 football schools in Taiyuan.In this context,it is necessary to Study the current situation of football development.In this paper,we choose 8 of 27 football primary schools as the subjects.We use literature review method,questionnaire method,Experts Interviewed method and statistical method.We investigated the situation ofthese junior college football schools,looked into their football team and teachers’ training methods,get follow conclusions.Most of the players of Taiyuan’s football primary schools are 11 to 12 years old.These schools should pay more attention to the selection and train of 9 to 10 years old’s players.(1)There are several reasons why these players to take part in the football training,the first of all is they like playing football(about 70%),the second is to do some exercise(about 47.6%),the third is they adore football stars(about 27%).It shows good atmosphere of football in these football primary schools.(2)There are several aims when these players to take part in the football training,the first of all is they want to be a professional football player(about 59.2%),the second is to get the access of the football middle schools(about 47.6%),the third is to become the football coach(about 38.6%).There are good student’s resource in these football schools.(3)Among these players,79.6%subjects think there is no conflict between study and football training.Most of parents support football training.(4)The coaches’ education background of these football primary schools is reasonable.However these coaches lack of training experience.(5)The coaches have no training subsidy,so the motive of these coaches is pure,they have good dedication and professionalism.(6)The training contents of these football primary schools are reasonable.They pay more attention to the training dribble,pass,bypass and defense.At the same time,they should reinforce the training of stopping the ball.The overall tactical training and power training is rational.(7)About 82.3%players of these schools have trained football about half to 2 years.About 75.5%players join football training 5 times a week.About 68.7%players’ training time more than a hour every time.On national holidays,more than 60%players take part in football training.This shows most of players of these school have received football training.(8)All the playground of these football primary school are artificial grass playground.There are sufficient equipment to ensure these schools training and teaching.(9)These schools lack of provincial and municipal competition experience.(10)There are some problems in these school’s training,such as lacking of the theoretical knowledge and special training.Suggestions:(1)Education bureau,sport bureau,schools should set up a complete competition system,it should include school,region,and city’s football competition.(2)Pay more attention to broadcast of football primary school and primary school’s football culture,let more people pay attention to campus football.(3)Make sure give out the salary to the football coaches because football training is a part of school’s education. |
