Experiential learning becomes a new topic in teaching research because of its concern and respect for life. Based on existed research, we explore experiential learning from the perspective of life philosophy. This paper is divided into six parts:In the introduction, it tells the background and significance of the topic, the current research of experiential learning at home and abroad and the idea of this study and the research methods.In the first part, it is about concept and characteristics of experiential learning that it is attached to the presence of student’s life from the perspective of life philosophy. Based on psychological characteristics and laws of the students, experiential learning shows course content through real events or creating situations, and then enables students to experience, understand and construct knowledge and emotion, generate meaning, and put them into practice. It is a process which riches life. Experiential learning has some characteristics:holistic, unique, context, creative and sustainable.In the second part, we talk about the views of knowledge, learning and teaching of experiential learning that it is attached to the presence of student’s life. The knowledge view is dynamically generated result of personal experience. The learning view is an individual way to experience the social knowledge into fully developed personal knowledge. The teaching view of it is to create conditions that promote student life experience of the process.In the third part part, we focuse on the goal level, process and evaluation of experiential learning from the perspective of life philosophy of. Its goal has three levels followed by a low interest, love and faith. Based on Kolb’s four-stage model, we divide the process into six stages:sensory stimulation, observation experience, share exchange, reflection insight, lessons learned and apply a rich. Evaluation of experiential learning includes learning achievement, learning rate and self-experience, and combinates self-evaluation method and classroom observation method.The forth part focuses on experiential learning to explore the implementation strategies, according to true or not experience situations, the amount of experience content and the depth of experience, we establish four implementation strategies.In the last part, based on a real case and a survy, we have a discussion on the specific use in the teaching practice.
