Nowadays, the protection of intellectual property rights has been paidmore and more attention. Intellectual property education is gradually intoschools and the basic education in the trend. However, how to penetrate theemerging intellectual property education into the teaching of other disciplinesbetter has always been research hotspot. In this paper, the productionactivities of the "robot" as the carrier, Infiltrate related intellectual propertyrights education in the robot production activities, to improve students’awareness of intellectual property rights. In order to test if students’consciousness is improved in the process of making robot, the author usingthe experimental study method to research in this paper. That is, based on thestrength of the students’ awareness of intellectual property rights in a naturalclass. Students were divided into experimental and control groups. Theexperimental group received the experimental intervention and the controlgroup has normal teaching. Finally, through the comparison of the databetween the pre-test and the post-test of the two groups of the awareness ofintellectual property rights, draw conclusions. The first part discussed the status of research, issues and challengesfacing. Combined with the status, the author put forward the research and theproblem to be solved, and summed up the importance of the research ineducation and teaching. In the second part, the author first defined the concept of the study anddiscusses the status of development at home and abroad, as well as thetheoretical basis of the study, then in overall introduced some overview aboutthe simple robot, and the corresponding situation of carry out simple robotproduction activities in China and Japan. Finally, the authors analyzed thequestionnaire systematically, to ensure that the questionnaire is true and valid, and make a foundation for the following practical part of the study. In the third part, the author presents the overall design of theexperimental study, has a discussed in detail of the experimental study in eachstep, and analysis and processing the data through the pre-test and post-test,then draw the experimental conclusions. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Overall, through the experimental intervention, the students’awareness of intellectual property rights has improved.(2)For the individual students, through the experimental intervention, each student’s awareness has developed. They had no awareness ofintellectual property rights of the students gradually formed, the originalintellectual property rights awareness become more perfect.(3)From the three stages of intellectual property consciousness is formed,at first and second phase of the number of students has increased in thenumber of highest stage has a dramatic increase. This proves that theexperimental intervention is effective. The fourth part is a summary of the full text. There is discussing thedefects of the article, looking to the future of intellectual property education, emphasizing the intellectual property education of primary and middleschools should be combining with the legal education closely. Theresearchers remains to need put attention enough for making of the simplerobot and in the process of making to carry out the intellectual propertyeducation. Only in this way, the making of simple robot and intellectualproperty education will be healthy development, so it becomes Chineseindispensable one form of education.
