Improve the design capacity of front-line primary and secondary school teachersteaching is still the priorities and difficulties in teaching practice and education, technicalskills training. Today, teaching systematic design theory and principles of the introductionof domestic more than30years, however, the actual application in the primary andsecondary school teachers is not very optimistic. Teachers view the instructional design isonly the deformation of writing traditional lesson plans. In large part because of the reasonlies in the middle and elementary school teachers are not deep theoretical understanding ofteaching systematic, not systematic, and master insufficiency, certain restrictive becausethe primary and secondary education technical skills training, individual cognitive on thedeviation of some teachers will be teaching a systematic design with the traditional lessonplans confused agree. Combined, abstract, complex teaching systematic design theory andtedious the specific operation of the instructional design process so that teachers no extratime to devote to other teaching and research, and reach better and faster to achieveoptimization of teaching effectiveness.Thus this article through methods such as interviews, document analysis andexperimental study to find the Primary Language Curriculum and Pedagogy, instructionaldesign and instructional design automation, books, literature, analysis of the compositionof the teaching in the Primary School Curriculum and Instruction way, the link betweenknowledge points and program standards and requirements; system of teaching in allaspects of the actual usage of language teaching, and finishing the instructional designautomation research and development at home and abroad, Research and attempt to try toresolve this reality existing problems. This study through the exploration of two methods totry to help primary school language teachers for the preparation of the instructional designprogram, one combination of teaching design specific procedures developed by PrimaryLanguage Curriculum and Teaching and Professor Li Long, the production of a primarylanguage instructional design templates, design an instructional design program based on the semi-automated instructional design automation thinking writing tool (a module part),synchronized to provide guidance and examples of the principles of knowledge, norms ofteaching systematic design process. Teaching systematic design applied to the educationand teaching practice at the real.
