Based Instructional Design Skills Training System Design And Development

In a society upholds life-long education, a paradigm shift from "instructional paradigm" to "learning paradigm" has taken place in the field of Education. During the process of both challenging and supporting education, another paradigm shift, we name it as from "instruction-supportive paradigm" to "learning-supportive paradigm", also has taken place in the field of Educational Technology. The new paradigms of Education and Educational Technology provide teachers boundless progress space,but more austere challenge.Under new era,qualitative change has taken place on teachers's role and skill demand. Information era require teachers improve their informatized instruction design capability.In fact ,many teachers and students in teachers college or university couldn't meet the need of information era.The background provides us the inner motivity and reason to start the research. In this paper, we design and develop a web-based skill training system on Informatized Instructional Design,hoping to improve teachers' informatized instruction capability.Focusing on web-based skill training system on Informatized Instructional Design, this research fulfills three tasks:Firstly.expatiating the meanings.characteristics and principle of informatized Instructional Design,the meaning of developing web-based skill training system on Informatized Instructional Design,how to integrate theory of Learning From Examples and Through Problem Solving into our skill training system.Secondly, expatiating three kinds of Instructional Design Models,that is Intel future model,webquest model and inquiry learning model and how to train these three kinds of models on Internet.Also.analysising briefly other ten kinds of informatized Instructional Design Models.comparing and sorting to current Informatized Instructional Design Model,Thirdly.designing,developing,realizing and evaluating web-based, informatized Instructional Design Model-based and theory of Learning From Examples and Through Problem Solving-based skill training system on Informatized Instructional Design, providing teachers and students of teachers college or university learning and training to improve their informatized instruction design capability and innovation on the base of learning and imitation.In a word, this research provides helpful references for the training practice of teachers and students in teachers college or university on informatized instruction design capability.
