Purpose:To measure the happiness level of college counselors and explore the factors influencing college counselors’happiness, develop countermeasures to enhance the college counselors’happiness.Methods:Use of Multiple Happiness Questionnaire, Social Well-being Questionnaire and Eudaimonic Well-being Questionnaire to conduct a sample survey on237college counselors in Nanchang City, and analyze data with SPSS17.0soft ware.Results:1.The reliability and validity of these three questionnaires is good, and the questionnaires suit for measuring the college counselors’happiness;2. The college counselors with no stress have a higher happiness index than the other stress levels, and the counselors with no pressure have the highest happiness index; the counselors whose housing area are in the100-120have the highest happiness index, and those whose housing area are less than80have the lowest happiness index; the counselors who are on duty for3times every week have the highest happiness index; the counselors who have a better family economic condition have the highest happiness index, and those whose family economic condition is difficult have the lowest happiness index.Conclusion:In this study, the tendency of college counselors’happiness index o is generally good, but there are also some problems. Improving college counselors’ professional identity, constantly improving their own quality, creating a better spiritual home, improving the welfare, and improving their social identity are all effective ways to enhance the college counselors’happiness.
