In academia, Chinese scholars on the basis of drawing on foreign scholars to carry out domestic happiness research, the emergence of a large number of scholars Xing Zhanjun, Miao Yuanjiang and other representatives. On the current status of research, the domestic research on happiness showing the status area independently, happiness measurement scale is also more complex and difficult to operate, influencing factors on happiness also showed a different conclusion, especially on the impact of demographic variables on happiness, different researchers give different conclusions, these ideas need further validation.By reading a lot of literature, reference to the British economy the IMF’s new national survey of happiness of methods to collect data through questionnaires Beijing residents manner, using a variety of statistical methods such as Contingency table, Variance analysis and Regression analysis, there are the results followed:1. Overall, Beijing residents have a high level of happiness, but lower scores in the work happiness;2. In this study, contingency table independence test cases, by its significant level shows that happiness with age, sex, education, occupation and income were significantly correlated, but there is no correlation with marriage and the political landscape;3. The influence of marital status and education degree on the happiness of the residents of Beijing city was not significantly different; Otherwise, the influences of age,gender, political outlook, income and occupation on the happiness of residents in Beijing City have significant differences.
