| Contemporary college students are the builders and successors of the socialism,so the cultivation of university students’ values is always our an important part ofhigher education. However, as our country reforming and opening and the constantdevelopment of the market economy, the social economy, political, ideological andcultural environment in out country is undergoing tremendous changes. By the effectsof changes, contemporary college students’ mental also began to produce fluctuations.Their idea and value orientation is also quietly changing. Some students choose to goup in value lost, confused, or even seriously distorted, and produced a series ofideological tendency which against social mainstream values. There appeared seriouslose of value.This paper mainly discusses the contemporary college students’ value lost, studyon university students’ specific performance of value lost, analysis of the cause of it.And Put forward my opinion on how to strengthen contemporary college students’values education and solve the problem of contemporary college students’ value lost.The article first briefly introduces the background and significance of this topic,lists of related domestic and abroad research achievements, put forward the researchideas and research methods. After that, it interpretation of the concept of value andvalues, and derivative the meaning of value lost and contemporary college students’value lost phenomenon. On the analysis of the performance and influence oncontemporary undergraduates’ value lost, this article mainly elaborate thecontemporary college students’ value lost performance from four aspects, Andanalysis of the influence of it on college students from personality, interpersonalrelationship, and role conception.
