Research On The Professional Values Of Contemporary College Students

Every graduating college student is faced with a major life issue,the occupational choice.With the publication of the 5-year-delay retirement policy,the number of job vacancies is likely to decrease significantly.Consequently,the employment situation for college students may even get worse.College students' vocational values reflect their professional evaluation and selection standards in the course of study and practice,and play a guiding role in their career choices.It's vital for college students to develop a correct professional outlook on employment.They need to form a healthy concept of career choice,a realistic career expectation and a glorious faith in being employed.Based on previous research methods and theoretical results,through the investigation of the vocational values of college students in Liaoning province along with interview form,this paper has an in-depth understanding of the college students' career choice trends and reasons,and makes an analysis and demonstration of them.From a more scientific perspective,the thesis examines the current situation of college students' occupation values,and provides the solutions to typical problems and the corresponding countermeasures of the correct values of occupation.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which describes the theoretical and practical significance of the study on contemporary college students' professional values,and makes a sort of domestic and foreign research status.The second part is the analysis and summary of the contemporary college students' professional values and related concepts,such as value,values,concepts of values,professional values,and so on.The third part is the statistic investigation of occupational values of contemporary college students through the questionnaire and interviews,and the in-depth understanding of the current situation and problems of contemporary college students' professional values.The fourth part is the exploration of reasons for the problems by sorting and analyzing the data from the questionnaires.The fifth part is the solution to the problems and the concrete measures with thehope of helping college students to establish correct professional values so as to achieve their professional ideals.The sixth part is a conclusion.Throughout the research process,this paper is done from the theoretical knowledge to the progressive exploration of the problem,and then to the profound analysis of possible countermeasures.However,the depth and breadth of the research need to be expanded and the writing skills need to be improved.
