The development of every country is inseparable from education.Today's education is not only the future of children's growth,but also the future of family.Education consumption has become particularly important now,and has become an indispensable part of the field of consumption.The survey shows that there are more than three levels of parents in primary and secondary schools.At present,nearly 10000 yuan has been spent on children's education.Therefore,in this context,the education market is particularly important.Online education is a field developed with the maturity and development of Internet technology.It is a new type of education method that uses Internet,audio-visual media and various interactive methods to conduct systematic teaching and interaction.The development of the Internet has subverted the norms in the field of education and opened up unlimited possibilities for the field of education.After several years of rapid growth,by the end of 2018,there are more than 2700 online teaching companies in China and the education market with online transaction scale of more than 130 billion yuan,an increase of more than 35%.The next decade will be a period of rapid development and expansion of online education industry.The WS company I work for is a well-known online education company in the country.Since its inception,WS has provided quality education services to consumers interested in reviewing open examinations.Through continuous development,WS company has always been committed to providing high-quality and efficient education services for all kinds of people of different ages and educational levels.In order to ensure that WS company can seize the opportunity in China's education market and surpass its competitors in the competition,this paper redesigns WS company's staff training work.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper introduces the research background,research significance and purpose,research content,research ideas and research methods,and summarizes the research status of staff training at home and abroad.The second chapter is the basis of related theoretical research.This paper introduces the theoretical development of enterprise training,the theory of employee training,the basic process of employee training,and the development trend and influencing factors of employee training.It lays a theoretical foundation for the following research.The third chapter is WS online education company employee training development status and problem analysis.This paper first introduces the actual situation of WS online education company,and analyzes the current situation of human resources in WS online education company from three aspects of employee age composition,education structure and employee length of service.Finally,it uses questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate the current situation of employee training in WS online education company,And summed up the WS online education company staff training work has the following problems:first,the training and management system is not perfect;second,the internal lecturer system has disadvantages;third,the training form is relatively single.Then combined with the actual situation of the company,it summarizes the reasons for the problems in the training work of WS online education company: first,the lack of management awareness;second,the lack of update and implementation of the system;third,the limitation of training funds and enthusiasm.The fourth chapter is WS online education company employee training improvement measures.Based on the company's development strategy,the improvement measures of WS online education company's current staff training are formulated from three aspects: improving the training system,reconstructing the training instructor system and optimizing the training course system.Through this study,we can improve the current situation of WS company's staff training,improve the quality of human resources,and constantly enhance the competitiveness of WS online education company.
