| With the gradual standardization of human resources modules in enterprises,training,as a very important link,is increasingly promoted to a very high position by enterprise management.Talent training and its mechanism construction also play a more important role in organizational growth and development.Since 2019,with the rapid expansion of the company’s business,ZA group has gradually been in short supply in the cultivation of middle-level team,and with the expansion of organizational scale,this problem has become more and more prominent,even to the point of "no one available".With the epidemic situation in 2020,although ZA group has been given a respite in internal talent training and supply,talent training and talent echelon construction are still urgent problems to be solved by ZA group.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for ZA group to study the measures of talent scale training and all-round training activities under the new situation.Starting with the analysis of the background and significance of the topic selection,this paper first comprehensively describes the research,training management and development of the training system at home and abroad,briefly introduces the general situation of ZA group and the current situation of the group’s training system,and presents the problems existing in the current training organization of ZA group from the aspects of existing courses,trainees’ participation,lecturers,course effect and course evaluation,The causes of these problems are deeply analyzed,such as outdated training concept,low industry fit,lack of professional training organization personnel,lack of professional training lecturers,lack of training evaluation system and so on.In view of the problems and influencing factors existing in the training system of ZA group,this paper puts forward various improvement measures for the comprehensive construction of ZA group’s training system,starting from changing the training concept,from the transformation of thought to the agreement of behavior mode,and improving the enthusiasm of students,building the training Organization Department,improving the management level of lecturers and achieving efficiency,As well as the overall construction of training course system and training course evaluation system,some suggestions on methods and measures and the design of implementation tools are made,so as to ensure the penetrability of this paper.At the same time,it also gives suggestions on the implementation of various supporting measures from the aspects of system construction,platform construction,capital guarantee and cultural construction,which more perfectly and kaleidoscopically presents the structure and achievements of ZA group’s training system,and also ensures the implementation results of the overall construction of ZA group’s training system. |
