The wedding etiquette and custom as a nation’s typical folk cultural heritage matters, generally is an angle of view how to observe in its own culture in time and space background changed.The author will take Horqin Mongolian marriage customs as the breakthrough point, combined with the theory of anthropology and ethnology and folklore, to research the current reserve status of the traditional culture of Mongolia in Horqins in the method of recording the current practice of Horqin Mongolian marriage customs and analysing the "Deep Description" of the ritual and symbolic meanings in marriage. And then to find the internal relationship between the Mongolian traditional marriage ritual change and Mongolian group identity change in the background of "the development of the times, social change, way of life and production".Finally, the author passes investigation concluded that:in the different historical background, space and time field, the Mongolia’s sense of ethnic identity is always change of strength. The ethnic identity is in situation. The author thinks through the study:in the situation of the history development and social development, a nation’s cultural heritage must be changed, a nation’s cultural must be deviation and regression. This is the law. However, in constant development, the core is an identity each other. I believe that as long as the national identity is not dead,"the traditional culture" will not disappear, a national blood will continue.
