Taijiquan is a national and traditional sport with an oriental flavor. It has a rich cultural connotation and philosophy of our precious cultural heritage and high level of self-defense, fitness value. Therefore, loved by many people especially for the elderly pro-gaze. School of its status as a the Taijiquan heritage educational facilities is extremely important. In order to inherit this outstanding cultural heritage, many colleges and universities have taken it as an elective content physical education. In the middle Schools the problem of teaching Taijiquan has not been fundamentally resolved. The main reason is that most people think of tai chi exercise is too small, slow, not suitable for young people to carry out.Therefore, only a few secondary schools take Taijiquan into the teaching programs, and most secondary schools were not Taijiquan teaching. According to the contradictions and understanding of the topics starting from the high school students, secondary school teachers, principals attitude survey of Taijiquan, Taijiquan teaching in practice teaching in secondary schools, Take Datong as an example parts of secondary school physical education teachers and students to investigate.and take the students in Class2Grade1in Guangling Middle School as experimental subjects,and make feasibility analysis of the Taijiquan teaching, and the results are as follows:(1) The attitude of the majority of Taijiquan Teaching Secondary School Principals Middle School recognition are supportive.(2) Secondary school teachers are fond to Taijiquan teaching. It is getting younger structure of the secondary school physical education teachers, education to a college education, the majority of teachers in college have learned Taijiquan teaching.(3) Students have a strong interest in learning Taijiquan, and a higher desire to learn Taijiquan, the mystery to learn Taijiquan martial art methods, the understanding of Taijiquan and exercise as the main motive.(4) Tt is found that Taiji practice teaching the right way to guide students to stimulate their interest in learning, the majority of high school students are more like tai chi, and after-school initiative to practice. Instructions as long as the educational method is reasonable and proper, secondary schools of Taijiquan teaching is feasible.(5) For the exercise problem can be selected by the Taijiquan movements, the amount of exercise can adjust the martial art practice.(6) Taiji teaching needs fine Chinese culture heritage.(7) The action "soft and slow", is a major feature of the Taijiquan, it can effectively regulate the psychological state of the secondary school students to learn both the fine Chinese regimen, it will last a lifetime.
