Taijiquan is an important part of physical education,which plays a better role in promoting the development of middle school students' physical and mental health,and is easy to introduce situational teaching.In the design of Taijiquan teaching,this paper introduces the perception,understanding,deepening of Situational Cognition and the generalization,differentiation and automation of Taijiquan action learning in the 24 Simplified Taijiquan course,and then designs a situational teaching method that is conducive to the middle school Taijiquan classroom.Through the methods of literature research,expert consultation,experiment,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper selects 100 students from two groups of senior one in Wenxian Experimental Senior Middle School as the experimental group and the control group.The teaching period is nine weeks,two classes per week,each class is 40 minutes.According to the statistics,the Simplified Taijiquan is the zero basis for the two groups of subjects.The teaching design takes the Simplified Taijiquan 1-12 movements as the teaching content,and the "rules and judging methods of Wushu Routine Competition(2012)" approved by China Wushu Association as the key point of teaching effect evaluation.At the end of the teaching,five judges scored the two groups of subjects one by one,and finally compared the teaching effect of the two groups.After the experiment,the teaching data were counted,and the independent sample t-test analysis was carried out by SPSS software.The results showed that:(1)the average score of the experimental group was 7.33,and the control group was 6.81.The significant difference between the two groups showed that the situational teaching of Taijiquan improved the teaching effect of Simplified Taijiquan in middle school.(2)There were significant differences in somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression,phobia and psychosis between the two groups of data,and significant differences in anxiety and paranoia,indicating that the situation teaching of Taijiquan improved the level of mental health of students.(3)The significant difference between the number of extracurricular learning and teaching satisfaction is an important reason for improving the teaching effect of situational teaching.(4)The situation teaching of Taijiquan has a good teaching effect in enhancing students' learning interest,mastering Taijiquan movement technology,mastering sports health knowledge and improving students' mental health level.It shows that the situational teaching method of Taijiquan conforms to the four curriculum objectives and is suitable for middle school Taijiquan class.(5)The introduction of language,music,actual combat,competition,integration and other situational teaching methods into the teaching content of Taijiquan is conducive to the introduction of Taijiquan teaching content,so that students can have special emotional experience,understand the knowledge of martial arts and morality in Taijiquan situation,and cultivate their own quality.Some suggestions are put forward:(1)the design of situational teaching should be in accordance with the requirements of compulsory education physical education and health curriculum standards,and the design of physical education should be standardized,scientific and systematic,so as to make it hierarchical,effective and feasible.(2)In the process of situational teaching of Taijiquan,teachers must grasp the initial behaviors and characteristics of Taijiquan teaching,such as students' interests,teaching efficiency and practice progress.Under the condition that the teaching goal remains unchanged,teachers should reasonably change the teaching details according to the teaching information fed back by students.(3)In the process of situational teaching,we should pay attention to the needs of music,actual combat,competition and other situational construction to match the teaching content and students' cognitive ability,so as to avoid the situation of "teaching for situation".(4)When making teaching design,teachers should take the needs of subject projects as the overall goal,and then set up teaching goals according to the four curriculum goals,such as the overall goal and sports participation,so as to prevent teaching problems,such as putting the cart before the horse,unclear goal and so on.(5)When constructing the situation of Taijiquan,teachers should add the content of Chinese excellent traditional culture and martial arts basic skills to the teaching content,so as to inherit Chinese culture while students practice Taijiquan.
