| The enterprises invested by university in China play an important role in Chinese economicconstruction and social development, not only providing financial support for universities, butalso strengthening university-industry collaboration, solving students’ practice places andpromoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, improving the highand new technology industrialization, promoting the regional economic development.The thesis analyses the external industry and competition environment of the enterprisesinvested by university through the Five Forces model, and analyses the internal strength andweakness, the opportunity and threat facing enterprises according to SWOT analysis. On thebasis of the external and internal environment analysis, the thesis furthers its research on thestrategy framework, which includes the stage strategies and combination of competitivestrategies.And the thesis discusses the executive and control of strategy according to thetechnology, human resources, marketing strategies.At last, the thesis provides some suggestionsto the enterprises invested by university. |
