Purpose:Exercise can influence cognitive ability, but the study on the effect of fatigue oncognitive function in conclusion there are differences. In the laboratory conditions, theone-time force increasing load exercise way, using near infrared spectroscopy andobjectively reflect the subjects before and after exercise fatigue, brain activation ofcognitive tasks, and according to the change of behavior data, to understand the effect ofexhaustive exercise on executive control ability, understanding and provide scientific basisfor further the relationship between exercise and cognitive. Methods: Selected30Capital University of Physical Education and Sports students of nonsports specialized research, exhaustive exercise, take the horizontal power bicycleincremental cycle ergometer form. Subjects started cycling from25W load,25W load per2minutes, until exhausted. Before exercise, immediately after exercise, rest for10minutes,three times of Flanker task, at the same time by near infrared monitoring of cerebral bloodoxygenation changes. The whole experiment each important point in time to record theheart rate, blood lactic acid, RPE and POMS values. The research results:1,The Flanker task test: the consistency condition task, exhausted immediately than beforethe correct rate, P<0.01; exhaustive exercise and rest for10minutes than before the correctrate, P<0.05; exhausted immediately reduce the reaction time P<0.01, ratio before exercise;exhaustive rest10minutes less than before motion reaction, P<0.05. Inconsistent conditiontask, exhausted immediately than before the correct rate, P<0.05; exhaustive exercise andrest for10minutes than before the correct rate, P<0.01; exhausted immediately reduce thereaction time P<0.01, ratio before exercise; exhaustive exercise and rest for10minutesthan before the reaction time decreased, P<0.01.Female subjects three Flanker task positiverate comparison, consistent conditions after exercise, the correct rate of two testedsignificantly increased than before, P<0.01; inconsistent condition exhaustive rest10minutes correct rate is higher than before the exercise, P<0.05.2, The POMS test: at the end of the experiment the tension eased than before exercise,P<0.05; after exercise fatigue of two tests are pre exercise seriously, P<0.01; at the end ofthe experiment than the motion before the depression to enhance, P<0.05; exhaustedimmediately panic serious than before, P<0.05; force an immediate attention than motionbefore missing, P<0.05; test self-esteem movement after the two were lower than thosebefore exercise, P<0.01.3, The relative changes of oxyhemoglobin and hemoglobin changes in the relative volume increased after exercise, P<0.05.4, In the exhaustive exercise, blood lactate, heart rate and RPE showed a high correlation,P<0.01.Conclusion:1, Exhaustive exercise on College Students’ executive function have stimulative effect, butalso for women college students role in promoting greater. POMS subjective moodchanges state index can evaluate the influence of exercise on the subjective feelings offatigue, combining with the physiological index, comprehensive monitoring of sportsfatigue, and provide objective basis for controlling exercise load and the amount ofexercise.2, After exhaustive exercise, cerebral oxyhemoglobin relative variation quantity and totalhemoglobin relative variation quantity increased, and reduced haemoglobin relativelydecreased, short time after exhaustive exercise brain activation degree than before,short-term exhaustive exercise can improve the brain excitability.3,Blood lactate, heart rate and RPE value was related significantly in response to exercisefatigue, the changes of the three indicators can reference each other.
