Exploring learning has changed the traditional teaching method which emphasizesimpacting the knowledge. Students have been the center of learning. Teaching pays more andmore attention to developing students’ exploring learning ability. Physics itself is a moreabstract subject; Physics is difficult to understand; The reason is that teachers only payattention to knowledge, and do not pay attention to developing students’ learning ability.Students only pay attention to remember knowledge itself, and do not pay attention to theirability to exercise. And we mainly develop students’ learning ability in class. So for students’lifelong development and responsible attitude, in class I pay more attention to teachinglearning method to students and let it be the learning habit.long-term habits becomeconsciousness, long-term consciousness becomes ability. So I choose how to develop highschool students’ exploring ability in combining with the middle school physics teachingcultivating students’ ability as a research topic. I hope my research can really help thestudents and teachers who are still in confusion. Hoping through carrying out the exploringability training strategy, we can lay foundation for student’s lifelong development.Exploring learning adapts to the reform of school education. Exploring learning is aneffective way to make up individual differences. It is needed to to cultivate innovative talents.Developing students’ exploring learning ability is not only beneficial to students’ future ofstudy, but also optimizing the classroom teaching, and really improving classroom teachingefficiency. I have been looking for the method to develop students exploring learning abilityin my class. Before class, in class, and after class are three important factors, in order torealize the cultivation of students’ autonomous exploring learning ability. Students’ interestsand changing the teaching conception are all very important. Combining with a specificteaching design in class, I made it clear how to train students’ exploring learning ability andhow to make the subject status of the students stand out. It made students learn how to learneffenciently.
