The school career aspirations education has extremely important guiding sense to thesenior high school students in grade3, at this time, Students have many problems in selectingvolunteer,such as the unscientific choices of university and professioncal. personal interestdoes not match with professional,the difficults in employment and other issues.These issuesnot only have a bad effect on personal development,but also creat a burden on school andsociety. Career aspirations affected by a number of factors. The purpose of this study is toinvestigate the career aspirations present situation of Changchun senior high school studentsin grade3, and present situation of career aspirations education,analyzing the factors whichaffect the career aspirations and give suggestion to senior high school about career aspirationseducation.This study selects four senior high school in Changchun city:key school in city,generalschool in city,key school in town and general school in town.Selecting100art students and100science students in every school,a total of800people.This study is surveyed byquestionnaires and interview, compiled by SPSS11.5software.The study finds that the Changchun City senior high school students’ career aspirationsare not clear or there are no career aspirations, they don’t have clear awareness of themselvesand career.School and parents’ career aspirations education is not enough.Society has a badeffect on career aspirations.The problems of senior high school students’ career aspirations directly affects theirvolunteer selection and their work in the future.They have a strong demand for careerconsulting.This study aimes at giving practical suggestions to students,parents,schools andsociety to help students solve their career aspirations problems and promote theirdevelopment.
