With the promulgation and implementation of <National long-term educationreform and development plan (2010-2020)>, the voice of the people on educatorsgovernance schools are increasingly high. Promotion of educators to run schools, totrain and bring up a numbers of outstanding educator principals, it’s not only therequirements of the Party and state leaders, it’s the call of the times and socialexpectations; it’s not only the inherent requirement to follow the law of education, it’sthe principals’ professional development objectives and the pursuit.This study used a literature analysis, and on this basis, the use of interviews, thequestionnaires and other specific methods, collect and analyze the characteristics andgrowth pattern of the current educator principals, concluded. Finally, draw the shapeof the principals of the educator type specific training strategies. Look forward toactively and effectively promoting the principals of educators growth, strengthen theconstruction of China’s primary and middle school team.The full text is divided into four chapters:The first part is an introduction. Including the question, significance, researchstatus, and research methods.The second part is the interpretation of the educator-type principals.Includingeducators principals suggested the educator principals, meaning of the educatorHeadmasters, the principal characteristics of the educator type, the relationshipbetween the educator and principal and the significance of educator Headmasters.The third part is the exploration of the educator type principals of the law ofgrowth. Through the literature and the principal interviews, analysis of the growthprocess and characteristic of the primary and secondary school principals, draw theeducator type principals law of growth.The fourth part is the specific training strategies for shaping the type of educatorprincipals. Combine the characteristics of the educator Headmasters, summed up theshape educators principals need to work on, on the basis of being analyzed theadvantages and disadvantages of the principal training, proposed rationalizationstrategy on the training of Educator-type principal.
