Interpersonal communication plays the important roles in the contemporary collegestudents’ life, and their interpersonal communication which has appeared manyproblems need to solve in ideological and political education ways. The overall situationof contemporary college students’ interpersonal communication is good, however, thereare also some problems. Facing complicated relationships college students withcommunication disorders gradually increases. As socialist construction force, the degreeof their interpersonal relationship harmony is not only related to the healthy growth andall-round development of individuals, but directly influence the building of aharmonious campus and the society. Therefore, actively exploring interpersonaldisorder of college students’ ideological and political education countermeasuresbecome an important task of ideological and political education work in universities.Based on the perspective of ideological and political education, this paper makesfull use of psychology, ethics, sociology, social psychology and other disciplines,combine the theoretical analysis with the empirical research, use methods of literature,interview and questionnaire investigation to obtain interpersonal characteristics andmain problems of contemporary college students, systematically analyze obstaclesdisplayed in interpersonal communication of college students and factors that bothaffect the effect of the ideological and political education, propose effectivecountermeasures from the perspective of ideological and political education to guideand help college students overcome the obstacle of interpersonal relationshipcommunication barriers, to maintain physical and mental health, strengthen thecommunication capability, realize their all-round development, and strengthen theeffectiveness of ideological and political education.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part proposes reasons, theoretical basis on research including demosticresearch, research abroad and innovation in details. The second part defines definition of interpersonal communication, interpersonalbarriers and college students’ interpersonal communication, expounds the mainfunctions of interpersonal communication, and analyzes importance of interpersonalcommunication in the ideological and political education of college students.The third part sums and analyzes the college students’ interpersonalcommunication and the characteristics of college students interpersonal problemsmainly through interpersonal communication on college students’ present situationinvestigation, and concludes university students with interpersonal communicationobstacles increases.The fourth part first elaborates college student performances of interpersonalcommunication obstacles and then analyzes the main factors which influenceinterpersonal obstacles of college students ideological and political education.The fifth part mainly puts forward to some countermeasures which can solveinterpersonal obstacles of college students from the perspective of ideological andpolitical education, by integrating education resources, optimizing the educationenvironment, paying attention to education, innovate education, promote collegestudents to learn to communicate with people, establish harmonious relationship and acorrect outlook on life, values, train high-quality talents who can adapt to the demandsof modern society, improve the effect of ideological and political education, promotethe innovation of theory and practice of ideological and political education, andconstruct a harmonious campus and society.
