A Study On The Intervention Of Group Interpersonal Disorder In College Students

In recent years,the interpersonal problems of college students have been paid special attention to the university,they are in transition from the school people to the social period,facing a variety of practical problems,interpersonal problems become one of their most perplexed problems.On the one hand,these college students,the only child in the majority of their parents grew up in the environment,self-centered,egoist way of doing things,in interpersonal relationships to ignore respect,equality,mutual help,mutual understanding of interpersonal principles,Big arrogant,selfish,which led to their repeated in the interpersonal setbacks.On the other hand,because of regional differences,differences in life background,cultural and custom differences,to create a different person's character and values,but also because of the lack of interpersonal communication,into the university to face complex interpersonal relationships,can not fully understand the interpersonal relationship,Grasp the interpersonal communication scale,resulting in interpersonal barriers.On the basis of the research on the previous research results,I have thought and summarized the performance,problems,causes and countermeasures of the current college students' interpersonal communication,and found that the literature to solve this problem from the social practice is very limited.The author uses the theory of interpersonal communication,social learning theory,group dynamics theory,and the use of literature,interviews,group work,participatory observation,to understand the current status of college students interpersonal relationships.Combined with the growth characteristics of college students,the specific problems and the actual needs of interpersonal relationships,design team work program for college students to carry out interpersonal growth group,adhering to the "help self" purpose,guide the team members to establish mutual aid system,Solve the problem of interpersonal barriers.Through the summary and reflection,put forward the establishment of interpersonal growth team to help new students to prevent the problem of interpersonal barriers to the feasibility of the proposed recommendations.
