From a macro point of view, university education internationalization is not only a basic development trend of higher education under the background of globalization but is also an inevitable course for constructing high level university. From a micro point of view, it is an important opportunity for promoting high level university construction. As a matter of fact, university education internationalization has become the choice of development path for some colleges and universities.Although quite some domestic colleges and universities have engaged in education internationalization practice, there are many differences even misunderstandings among them in its theoretical concept and practice. The reasons vary, at basic development level, theoretical knowledge level, regional environment background level, specific operation and implementation level, etc. Nevertheless, the absence of quantitative comprehensive benefits evaluation of university education internationalization is still one key reason. On one hand, currently the study of university education internationalization is not enough. As far as higher education internationalization research in China is concern, and from the perspective of existing literature, there is a lack of practical research on domestic university education internationalization practices, on the study of influencing factors in particular, and on the limits and feasibility of different colleges since the implementation reform and opening up policy. On the other hand, the lack of through understandings hinges greatly on the fact that there is a lack of analysis tools about university education internationalization. Therefore, starting from a specific purpose of university education internationalization, and according to a certain standard, we can comprehensively evaluate the quality or the level of achievement of university education internationalization through specific procedure that test university education internationalization and mines the data material of process quality or achievement level. The way can significant promote the university education internationalization process of.This study attempts to construct a systemic and scientific university education internationalization comprehensive benefits evaluation index system based on the actual situation of H University. Combining with the practice result of its implementation, the author also attempts to search for an effective university education internationalization comprehensive evaluation method at large, propose improvement measures and recommendations on university education internationalization, provide theoretical support for the equivalent universities in their education internationalization practices, and to supply other universities that are similar to H university with references on comprehensive benefits evaluation of their university education internationalization.
