From a macro point of view, university education internationalization is not only a basic development trend of higher education under the background of globalization but is also an inevitable course for constructing high level university. From a micro point of view, it is an important opportunity for promoting high level university construction. As a matter of fact, university education internationalization has become the choice of development path for some colleges and universities.Although quite some domestic colleges and universities have engaged in education internationalization practice, there are many differences even misunderstandings among them in its theoretical concept and practice. Combining with the practice result of its implementation, the author also attempts to search for an effective university education internationalization comprehensive evaluation method at large, propose improvement measures and recommendations on university education internationalization, provide theoretical support for the equivalent universities in their education internationalization practices, and to supply other universities that are similar to H university with references on comprehensive benefits evaluation of their university education internationalization.
