With the continuous innovation management system and gradually expanding the scale of industry in Chengdu shoemaking industry, Chengdu and Guangzhou, Wenzhou, Quanzhou together to form Chinese four big shoemaking base. The development of Chengdu shoemaking industry can’t leave with innovation of the technology and enhancing of the ability, the new generation of migrants, as the main part of Chengdu shoemaking industry workers, their skill levels, ideology, culture degree are directly related to the skill levels, culture education degree and development trend of the Chengdu shoemaking industry human capital. Reaching and analyzing the training will of the new generation of migrants in Chengdu shoemaking industry, and finding the main factors of affecting the new generation of migrants’ will, it have great meaning in enhancing the new generation of migrants’ training performance, Strengthening the government’s correct guidance to the new generation of migrants’ training, Establishing the direction of corporate training to the new generation of migrants, promoting the upgrading of Chengdu shoes Industrialization.This paper takes235new generation migrant workers in Chengdu Wuhou Region shoes material shoemaking enterprise as the samples. Through the questionnaire survey, descriptive statistical analysis, variance analysis and other methods to analysis the Chengdu shoemaking new generation migrant workers group characteristics, training will and training satisfaction. The main contents include:characteristics of the sample descriptive statistics analysis, the new generation of shoes and individual training workers to analyze the characteristics, the training satisfaction and training related factors analysis of variance.The results show that, Chengdu shoemaking new generation migrant workers’ training will is related to their income level, marital status, and engaged in the type of work, working time and sign contract situation. The group identity of Chengdu shoemaking new generation migrant workers are showing new features, Chengdu shoemaking new generation migrant workers’ training will is related notably to training content and training organizer. The main problems found in the training are professional courses range is insufficient, training and qualification authentication is not close enough, enterprise is lack of enthusiasm for training, the internal training industry labor structure is not reasonable; it has confliction between training time arrangement and the production plan and so on. This paper puts forward the main countermeasures are the new generation migrant workers’ training should be legislated by the government’s support, constructing diversified investment system, making public information service platform, strengthening education system reform, strengthening the training propaganda, enterprise should be adjusted concept attaching much importance to training, establishing and perfecting the incentive mechanism, strengthening the labor contract, assuming the training costs, flexible use of training mode; Industry associations should play channel role, reasonable distribution of resources to plan as a whole, help formulate industry qualification authentication standard, management control the training process, assist training evaluation implementation and so on.
