Practice Exploration Of Social Work Intervention In New Generation Peasant-workers’ Rights And Interests Of Enterprises

This study is about problems of protection of rights and interests of new generation peasant-workers, deeply analyses the predicaments faced by new generation peasant-workers of enterprises at present in the aspect of protection of rights and interests, and the social reasons and their own reasons of these difficulties. This paper expounds that new generation of migrant workers cannot get rid of the current plight by themselves because of the weak strength and some of their own reasons. So it needs urgently the intervention and rescue of corporate social work, and it also analyses the necessity and feasibility of the intervention of corporate social work. Finally it is concluded that the intervention of corporate social work is the best way to solve problems of protection of rights and interests of new generation peasant-workers.Discussing mainly through literature research methods, empirical investigation methods and interview methods, this paper studies the problems of rights and interests of new generation peasant-workers, basing on the practice experience that the author worked in R Social Work Service in Shenzhen for five months, taking G enterprise in Shenzhen that the author intervened as the research background and the real case of new generation of migrant workers of G enterprise as the sources. In the process of the intervention of social work, such professional social work theories as "empowerment theory" and "ABC theory" are used to solve the current predicaments faced by new generation peasant-workers. And through practice methods of social work, such as group and individual case, the problems of rights and interests met by new generation peasant-workers in G enterprise are analyzed and summarized deeply. On the basis of this, professional assistance and treatment are used to solve the current problems of new generation peasant-workers, then this paper evaluates and analyses the intervention effect of corporate social work, finally it is concluded that some achievements and deficiencies are achieved because of the intervention of corporate social work. Finally, aiming at the deficiencies of the intervention, the paper puts forward some suggestions and prospects, hoping to have more professional theories and practice methods which are suitable for the localization in our country’s future corporate social work, and to serve the vulnerable groups in our country’s enterprises better.
