In Qing Dynasty, when Manchu entered the Central Plains, Manchu pay muchattention to the culture education than the other national minorities. In order to solvethe educational problem of Manchu Snuff Pot, Qing Dynasty built a lot of schoolswhich were the important places for the moral education.
