In Qing Dynasty, when Manchu entered the Central Plains, Manchu pay muchattention to the culture education than the other national minorities. In order to solvethe educational problem of Manchu Snuff Pot, Qing Dynasty built a lot of schoolswhich were the important places for the moral education. Though Qing Dynasty ruledChina hundreds of years and Liaoning schools moral education got Confucianismafter the communication with Han culture, Liaoning schools moral education had allalong maintained Manchu traditional moral concept and moral character which hadtransmitted Manchu spirit. The Characteristics of Manchu Culture got specific reflectin school moral educational object, moral education content, moral education methodand teachers’ professional ethics. All in all, Manchu culture’s warrior characteristichad been preserved and developed. So, through research of Liaoning school moraleducation in Qing Dynasty, we can know the history of national culture education anddiscovery national minority adjoined the national culture and how to keep themeaning and affection of the ethnic cultural characteristics. Meanwhile, we canspecify the historical figures and the characteristic of Multi Cultural Integration inLiaoning school moral education.The first part introduces the aims, significance, literature and ways of the study.The second part analyses the Characteristics of Manchu Culture in Liaoningschools’ Moral Education in Qing Dynasty. Part one describes the formation andcharacteristic of Manchu Culture. Part tow describes the reflection of hecharacteristics of Manchu Culture in Qing Dynasty in Liaoning school moraleducation.It is a foundation with this, analyses the Characteristics of Manchu Culturein Liaoning schools’ Moral Education in Qing Dynasty. They are the warriorcharacteristic in school moral education and Confucianism characteristic.The last part states the history influences the Characteristics of Manchu Culture inLiaoning schools’ Moral Education in Qing Dynasty. This part focuses on theinfluence of Liaoning school moral education under the Characteristics of ManchuCulture in Liaoning schools’ Moral Education in Qing Dynasty during the rulingperiod of the Northern Warlords. From the cultural angle, this paper searched analyzesthe history Liaoning school moral education cultural Origin in modern contemporary.
