Education In Ideology And Politics Resources Allocation Problem

With the constant expanding area and impact of globalization, not onlypeople’s living environment has been changed by the development of sciencetechnology, but also the environment of ideology and political education,especially in universities. What’s more, since the reform of our country,economics, politics, culture and education have been improved a lot, especiallythe in-depth development of reform of education in universities. Since the start ofpublic education in1998, ideology and political education has been reformed forseveral times. Marxism theory has been constantly explored to combine with thedevelopment and practice of socialism with Chinese characters and representsrequirements of the times in content and system to make changes in the ideologyand political source concept of universities which makes the study of theallocation of ideology and political resource enter a new stage. The achievementsare surely to be affirmed, but the problems shown in the process of research can’tbe ignored. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the current situation ofideological and political education to find out the reasons and propose solutionsfor better allocation of ideology and political resource to achieve the goal ofmaximizing the benefits of ideological and political education in universities.The study categories in the thesis have been defined as subject, materialresources, teaching, culture, organization, system, information and carrierresources. The thesis starts from the current situation of allocation of theideology and political resource, based on the explanation of allocation ofideology and political resource, and depends a certain of theories to put forwardthe basic concept of ideological and political education in universities. Thecurrent situation of allocation of the ideology and political resource and thereasons of these problems have been analyzed objectively to understand and master the emphasis and way of allocation of the ideology and political resourcein universities to inspect and determine the principles we should adhere to in thecourse of practice. Learning from the practical experience of scholars home andabroad to find out feasible methods for the current situation of allocation of theideology and political resource according to its characteristics to lay a betterfoundation for the research of allocation of the ideology and political resource ofuniversities both in theory and practice and promote the study on the relatedissues of the allocation of the ideology and political resource in universities.
