As the old saying goes: knowledge changes fat. College studentsenter the school and complete the schedule is the nirvana road of the students ofdisadvantaged groups. As the economic is the material base of students in college learning,and it will directly affect the quality of moral and education, and the college group events andconsciousness of morphological differentiation have affected the construction of harmonioussociety and campus which situation is not optimistic. Therefore, university funding system isquite necessary to be developed.However, carrying on the College Students’ financial support system, should not justfocus on the physical assistance to poor college students, more importantly, it is necessary tofund system as a new scientific and effective carrier of college students for effective education,quality education, and adding this system into college ideological and political educationscope. Cultivating students consciousness of learning to be grateful through practicalactivities, fighting spirit, equality, faith, noble sentiment, establishing correct occupationideal and outlook on life and value of socialist market. The research on the financing system also detailed and make a new support system for the higher education.
