Early childhood stage is the starting point of a person’s life education. Much importantability, personality traits are formed during this period. It plays a vital role in the long-termdevelopment. However, because early childhood education is not yet included in the compulsoryeducation areas, there is a shortage of educational resources, weak teachers in the developmentprocess.The Paper is talk about the situation, problem and countermeasure research of preschooleducation in Jiao Kou County Shan Xi Province. The Thesis is according to follow theories:”Thetheory of Herbart”.”Erickson psychosocial development stage theory of personality. By the wayof questionnaire. Interview and observation research methods, the Study could be finished finally.During the study period,300questionnaires were distributed and241effective recovery,sorting to the parents and teachers of Park. Each kindergarten teacher as one of the park groups,they want to create equality, respect, cooperation and harmonious interpersonal relationships. Notonly requires teachers to evaluate themselves objectively, and requiring teachers to focus onorganizational and kindergarten, as far as possible the integration of personal development ofkindergarten.The development problems at present could be appeared from five aspects; Lack ofgovernment input, short of education resources, mass education guarantee failure of preschooleducation, less the development of preschool teachers, old of management philosophy, lack ofmanagement means, teaching contents present problem. The management group and teamconcept can be used to analysis teamwork childhood education teachers.Secondly, three early theories of motivation:”Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory”,“McGregor’s Theory X and Theory Y”,”Herzberg incentives-hygiene theory”, they can be usedto analysis preschool work’s satisfaction of the kindergarten teachers.The dimensions at present could be found from five aspects: Lack of government input,Government less attention of preschool education, lack positive Education ideas, too much easyof teaching contents, Weak of educational direction, Lack of education cost. By study found the main problems as follows: Pay more attention of the importance ofeducational career, Improve the level of preschool teachers, Discover the Teaching contents ofeducation, Strengthen the team consciousness of all preschool teachers, Plus the educational costof preschool education, Expand the resources of preschool education, Improve the situation ofpreschool.The targets of the thesis could be divided into two parts: for one thing, analyze thedevelopment of early childhood education in Jiao Kou County, for another thing, hope readerscare and support the early childhood education in the future.
