Jiao Zuo is one of the areas of Henan province Where have higherdevelop ling level of culture and education. In recent years, preschooleducation of rural areas in Jiao Zuo made great progress. However, thedemanding of rural parents to preschool education is more and morerushing, the reality is that the development of rural preschool education isslow, the contradiction between the increasingly strong demand and slowdevelopment of rural preschool education is more and more striking. Thedifficult point focuses mainly on the lower level of specialization of therural preschool teachers. To participate in further education is an effectiveway to improve the quality of the preschool education of teachers andenhance the professional level of teachers.This study uses literature method, questionnaire method andinterview method to research rural preschool teachers’ present furthereducation in Jiao Zuo,from the basic situation of the teachers, the viewof continuing education, evaluation and demand, and so on. The resultsshow that the implementation and financial support of the Government tofurther education is not enough; it is difficult to engage skills strongexpert teachers of Preschool background; the training content is not fitwith rural practice; training effect is not ideal; examination becomes a mere formality; the chance that teachers participate in further education isless and unbalanced; teachers are lack of consciousness of self-reflection,and other problems. According to the above problems, this study proposesthat the government should strengthen the management of furthereducation for rural preschool teachers and increase financial support forrural preschool teachers’ further education; Colleges and universitiesshould optimize the structure of professional training and pay attention tothe training of skilled and high-level talent from preschool background;Training schools must establish the concept of service for teachers, try tochoose a course to meet the needs of teachers, train teachers inhierarchical sub-level, and vary forms of training and assessment.Teachers should have subjective initiative and be aware of self-initiative.Different kindergarten should often communicate with each other. Thisstudy enriches the theory of further education of preschool teachers andprovides the reference for the work of further education of rural preschoolteachers at a practical level.
