This research focuses on the preschool education in Tianzhu Autonomous county in Gansu. By thoroughly understanding the background of the local place and describing the present situation there, it aims to raise the level of preschool education in the minority region. The research employs qualitative method and quantitative method, including questionnaire investigation. Interview, case study and references analysis.According to the research ,the problems existing in the preschool in Tianzhu autonomous county are : 1.The concept in villages and towns is backward; 2.The outlay required in preschool education is not enough ; 3.The quality of the management is inefficient; 4.The Kindergarder teachers' literary level need to be raised; 5.The one day's activities in the Kindergarten have little effect on the progress of the children. The strategies to solve these problems are as fallows:1.Changing the educational concept and allocating funds in it. The government and the leaders of education department should pay more attention to these powerfully,especially in minority region.2.Raising the management efficiency. The management may should be more scientific ,and the managerial personnel's professional quality should be increased .3.Enhancing the quality of teachers. The curriculum structure and the training structure should be adjusted .4.1mproving teaching and study. The arrangement of one lay's activities should be more rational, So that the children's interests could be activated.
