One of the basic goals of The National Basic Education Curriculum Reform is to change the traditional mode of talent training, change the student original learning way and to establish the way of learning that can fully arouse and exert students’ subjective Therefore, since The New Curriculum Reform, all sorts of new teaching ideas and teaching forms have been researched. As the new concept of social intercourse,"dialogue" has became one of the effective means modern social communication, which reflected in the education is "dialogue teaching"."Dialogue teaching" changes the class from one-way to multi-exchange, adapting to the new curriculum reform. Since it is put forward, the "Dialogue teaching" has attracted more and more attention, and there has been more and more researches about it.This study is on the base of document literatures about dialogue and dialogue teaching in domestic and abroad, finding out that dialogue teaching research is widely paid attention after The New Curriculum Reform, and the current stage of the study is to focus on the macro level more, such as the dialogue teaching’s connotation, the principle and the implementation, but there is little research that focus on students’ dialogue. Based on this, this study suggests that students’dialogue is the prerequisite and basis of dialogue teaching, students’ active dialogue is the embodiment of student main body status and the main body role, is also the request of the quality education for the purpose of enhancing the students’ quality. Efforts to foster students’ consciousness of dialogue, method, ability and spirit are the core of the dialogue teaching, which is not only beneficial to the healthy development of the students, but more conducive to the development of harmonious society. Therefore, this research is to try to do a research of students’"dialogue" phenomenon in the school, discusses students’ dialogue wills, abilities, skills and find the reason for lack of dialogue, harm attitude, the root causes and adjustment countermeasures, so that we can adjust the words of the students’ dialogue, improve the level of dialogue. It is also can put forward strategic suggestions for teachers to train "dialogue-type learners", promoting dialogue teaching implementation, promoting the effectiveness of class teaching, and developing the students’ healthy personality.
