In recent years,with the transformation and upgrading of China's traditional industries and the booming development of new industries,China's higher vocational education has entered a period of rapid development,which has injected new impetus and vitality to the development of China's high-tech industry and strategic emerging industries.The state has given high expectations to higher vocational education and has invested a great deal of manpower and material resources to link higher vocational education with the future development of the country.Therefore,whether our higher vocational education can continuously and efficiently train highly skilled talents to meet the needs of the society to meet the needs of national economic and social development for professional talents is a topic that all the higher vocational colleges must face now.Therefore,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the construction of double tutor team in higher vocational colleges,and expects to provide some reference for the construction and development of the double tutor team in Higher Vocational Colleges through this study.First of all,the characteristics of the higher vocational colleges are analyzed,pointed out that the higher vocational college students,compared to ordinary colleges in the teaching objectives and characteristics of training mode,discusses the double tutor team construction for colleges,enterprises and students of the three benefits of Higher Vocational colleges.Secondly,from the perspective of modern apprenticeship,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of dual tutor team in Inner Mongolia higher vocational colleges.By means of questionnaire,this paper investigates the teaching quality,the structure of teachers,the trade associations and the government participation.From a macro point of view,the current construction of double tutors in Higher Vocational Colleges in Inner Mongolia,the lack of government and industry association participation and publicity,and enterprises in this area is weak,resulting in the lack of teachers.In addition,due to the lack of the corresponding assessment system and incentive system,as a part-time tutor,the lack of corresponding material and spiritual incentives,there is a certain lack of enthusiasm for participation in teaching.In the teaching skills and the use of teaching methods are in a negative attitude.In order to solve this series of problems,this paper puts forward specific suggestions and measures from the aspects of government participation,industry supervision,enterprise view transformation and institutional construction of colleges and universities.At the government level,we should increase publicity and input funds to solve the supporting problems of the construction of double tutors,and encourage and subsidize the enterprises actively involved.At the enterprise level,is the potential of talent training,propaganda enterprise as a starting point to change the existing views,and the establishment of the system of recommendation and selection of corresponding in enterprises,so as to provide more excellent part-time tutor for colleges and universities.At the college level,it is to improve the system construction,to evaluate the part-time tutors and mobilize their enthusiasm.In the industry level,it encourages the involvement of trade associations,and serves as the glue between the government,enterprises and institutions to play the role of communication,coordination and process supervision.
