In-post teaching practice is a educational process from theory to practice, it also supportsfoundation education area, and it changes teaching activity for the teacher’s further study,after mastering relative subject knowledge and educational teaching, on the basis of managingin own university. It is a unique educational practice mode in the teaching practice, and itachieves the win-win base between the normal college and the basic school. The In-postteaching practice of Pre-job training as the first part comes into the research field of vision. Itis the first part of the normal to go to class, and play an important prior role.The four aspects, the training content, student’s participation in activity the form andorganization and training, is investigated, analyzed and studied.And then from theorganizational management, time effectiveness, training forms, training means, and trainingeffects of “In-post teaching practice Pre-job training,” it puts forward six promotion strategies,which includes systematic, efficient, pertinence, diversity, complementary and significance.On the basis of the reflection and the six promotion strategies of In-post teachingpractice of Pre-job training, the paper creates the" TPTW" resources’ integration mode" ofIn-post teaching practice of Pre-job training: Teachers guiding—work together with In-postteaching practice and Pre-job training; Professors leading—Pre-job demonstration andguidance of the comprehensive system; Team works—A team training based on the teachingtechniques; Web-based resources—The long-term support platform as a starting with Pre-jobtraining. It is integrated the resources of T, P, T, W. and it carries out the case of “TPTW”pre-job training mode.Presents the examples of “TPTW” pre-job training, on the basis of the questionnaire andthe interview. It analyzes the results about intern’s estimate from "TPTW" pre-job trainingtargeted effect, the influence for teaching effect, the influence for practice process and overallevaluation. It verifies the important role of “TPTW” pre-job training in promoting quickly theposition and transform the role rapidly; practice test and a rapid growth; the effectiveness ofpre-job training and working in a creative way. At the same time, it also analyzes the lack ofresources’ slack and the deficiencies of training process in "TPTW" pre-job training.
